The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is a Division 3 school in the WIAC conference. Their current logo depicts a lightning bolt in the helmet of a titan warrior. I've redesigned this logo with the lightning bolt filling in for the plume above the helmet and that same electric energy distributed throughout the whole logo. The lettering and colors have also been simplified to create a cleaner look.
